thanks for your info, but sorry to say this: I enjoy cooking and think homemade stuff is fresher and safer unless for very complicated dishes, hehe. Yes I am having my lunch outside every day too.

I am wondering how much you spend on food every month. IMHO, most dishes can be made quite easily, esp. those from Chinese restaurants.

Totally agreed. The easiest one for me is a piece of raw salmon from Longa (? haven't been there for a while) and make a sashimi meal.

u mean raw fillet from live fish? as far as I know, only fresh and live stuff can be made for japanese food. but myself still cannot stand the taste of wasabi, hehe.

It didn't kill me or made me sick... By the way, wasabi helps to kill the bacteria.

if you live near Bloor and Bathurst, there's one Japanese restaurant who offers sushi combo for 5 or 6 bucks including dessert. In fact you can find several jap and Thai(if you like hot and tropical food) restaurants along Yonge between bloor and front.
