Does your goji tree produce fruit?

I have two types of goji plants, for fruit and for leaf. The first type was grown from dried goji berries that I bought from grocery store. This is the 4th year. Last year there were lots of flowers, but I got almost no ripe fruit! When the green fruits were about to ripen, they became black and dried instead of becoming red. It must be a disease. Hope it won't happen again this year.
The leafy plants were from grocery too... I bought a bunch, ate the leaves, and inserted the bold stems to the soil. They grew pretty well!

So they're completely two different species of goji trees, right? Do they look like very differently, e.g., their color and shape?

They are two varieties of goji. The leaves taste the same. But the fruit one has smaller and slimmer leaves, the leaf one has large, tender and fat leaves. :) I'm pretty sure the leaf one can fruit too, I just didn't give it a chance. :D
