面试有感- 年前招了两个分析师。一个原来是上市公司accounting supervisor, 一个是500强senior分析师。这两个人面试技巧不好,但是工作经历强所以聘用了。她俩都有十几年工作经验。找工作时碰运气,如果对手很强就没法了。面试中有一个中国人也很不错但是经验不是完全符合
