48 hours a week.

哦这个没有 就是你要是contract的话 即便跟full time时间一样甚至超过full time的时间 也是contract 界限不在这里定义的

你说的是合同工和正式工吧，合同工是不受劳动法保护的。实际上正式工也是可以强制加班不给加班费，比如IT
