low income的人有了affordable units就不会跟更low income或者没 income 的人去抢政府的廉租房了，这样能减少很多homeless people。

west end早就不行了，全是些老房子。现在要去coal harbour，至少也要去yale town

yale town is about to be overrun now. coal harbour still good. south side of false creek still OK, though heard olympic park is having some trouble now.
