数据出来了。成交量拿的5月份前半月的,均价拿的是5月份后半月的。end of story.

10% "SOLD" then changed mind by both seller and buyer, little bit too much. One explaintion is fake order. Fake order is a very common things for sale who paid by commission. All reasons can behind that.

let me spend little bit time for typing this: I hire someone if only pay 10~15$/hours, those people always complain for me associated with all dirty words(they only worth that much). I can see they get angry but not me.

每年的房产协会数据,如果把每月的成交量相加,会高出年成交量约2%,把这解释为取消合约引起还比交靠普。这差百分之十几也太豁边。
