Just two quick questions:1. Is it Corporate Accountant's responsibility to prepare royalty calculation and to reconcile royalty payable account if there are royalties paid to the third party?
2. Is it Corporate Accountant's responsibility to prepare related party transactions?
My guess 1. Yes, but I have no experience. 2. Yes, that is the I/C transation Toyrus metioned in her posting

royal's answer is right. But if you want to tune a little bit fine,I would say it depends on which level your royalty and related party transaction are sitting at. If they are sitting at operating unit ledger, it's nothing to do with Corporate Accountant. But if it's organizational wise, the answers are yes
