seeing is believing, this non-stick is not THAT non-stick.I was falling a little toward that handsome demonstrator that day I guess, :) He invited me to go back in one week to let him know how much I enjoy that wok... but ... a few years have passed by, still like a new one. Thank god, he was that handsome, otherwise I would have missed my baby wok. :)))))

I like to make "Liang ban" (Chinese salad????), cucumber and egg , that is my favor part of it. :) certainly, to protect the cookware, you do want to seam (?) it with a little bit oil, a little bit with paper towel
